Excellent hotel just like all of the other Holiday Inn Express locations I've used. Clean, quiet rooms; friendly staff; excellent breakfast, wicked-good coffee. Close to lots of shopping and food - just a short drive away.

Super comfy bed/ comforter & very quiet room. Great location easy access to all the different parts of Jax.:Beaches/Northside, San Marco, Downtown....

Loved the 60-second pancake machine at breakfast, and our very comfortable king-sized bed!

The entire facility was immaculate! From the moment we walked in the door to the time we reached our room, everything was spotless. The beds were incredibly comfortable as well. I would have loved to stay longer, but unfortunately, we had to leave.

The staff were great! We got there later than expected. We were completely wiped out but they lifted our spirits with their friendly smiles. The room was clean, the pool was nice, and breakfast was enjoyable.

The location was a 15 minute walk from the shopping mall and so we got our daily exercise in. The staff was super friendly and helpful although they did complain about the lack of scheduling of employees in front of customers. Not a big deal, just not the most professional.

This was a great property. We only stayed one night on a road trip so can’t really comment on location, but the facilities were great, the room was very comfortable and quiet, free breakfast and parking. They also have a pool and other facilities that we didn’t get the chance to try. Staff lovely and friendly.
